The Project has three interconnected activity areas
- – Cultivation of a biotope and farm used to produce the “Quinta” range of high quality, artisanal products and the marketing and sales of these products to high end retailers and restaurants
- – Stagiaire Quinta program, promoting agricultural social enterprise programs through working with participants to develop business plans and encourage entrepreneurship
- – Quinta Experiences that combine farmstay and nature-related activities, promoting sustainable tourism experiences
