Jocelyn, author of the Non-Profit Technology blog recently shared a fantastic video from Microsoft, which I wanted to pass on.
It really illustrates the attitudes of some (bad, but far too many) marketers (or business owners), who don’t communicate with their stakeholders (n.b. not only consumers really!). Do they deserve what they get? Possibly yes (in which case the woman is actually remarkably friendly!). It actually also goes extremely well with this post by Katya from her blog.
