This weekend the second Conference of the Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research (SIETAR) took place at Middlesex University Business School in London.
With participants from all over Europe, the US and further afield the conference transformed the quiet campus into a great place to find out about the latest research and participate in various workshops for effective training and coaching.
In the evening, there was a lovely dinner in the glazed atrium of the university and everybody could let their hair down and relax with some salsa dancing.
It was also my last day as chairman of SIETAR UK, and I retired after several years on the board of the society.
More pictures are available on the SIETAR UK website and on Flickr.
